1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Multiplayer API services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Multiplayer API provides:

REST API endpoints for multiplayer game development
Visual logic constructor for game mechanics
Player data management and authentication
Real-time game room and community features
Payment processing and subscription management
C# SDK and development tools

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 13 years old or have parental consent
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plan Types

Free Plan

• 250 MB storage
• 1 game
• 100 concurrent players
• 1K API calls/day

Standard - $50/month

• 1 GB storage
• 1 game
• 1K concurrent players
• 10K API calls/day

Pro - $200/month

• 2.5 GB storage
• 3 games
• 2K concurrent players
• 1M API calls/day

Billing Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Payments are processed securely through PayPal
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Concurrent Usage Limits

Each plan has concurrent usage limits to ensure optimal performance for all users:

Free: Up to 100 concurrent players
Standard: Up to 1,000 concurrent players
Pro: Up to 2,000 concurrent players

Storage and infrastructure scale automatically as needed.

Prohibited Uses

Attempting to exceed plan limits through technical means
Using the service for illegal or harmful activities
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
Interfering with the service or other users' access
Creating excessive load that impacts other users

6. Data and Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create
You grant us license to store and process your content
You are responsible for the legality of your content
We may remove content that violates these terms

Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We recommend regular exports of your game configurations and player data.

7. Intellectual Property

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Multiplayer API and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Republic of Moldova and foreign countries.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

In no event shall Multiplayer API, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not warrant that the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location.
We do not warrant that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
