in this project (the "Materials") are proprietary to Nichita Levandovici.
Except for the SDK permission below, no license or other rights to the
Materials are granted by their availability, accessibility, or possession.

The official client SDKs, examples and accompanying SDK documentation under
sdks/ are instead governed by the Michitai Service SDK License in sdks/LICENSE
(published at https://api.michitai.com/SDK-LICENSE). That license permits
service-only integration and bundled distribution subject to its terms.
The restrictions below do not override those SDK permissions.

Except with prior written permission from Nichita Levandovici or as required
by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative
works from, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, host,
or otherwise exploit any part of the Materials, in source or compiled form,
for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompilation,
and disassembly are prohibited except to the extent permitted by applicable
law. Copyright and proprietary notices must not be removed or altered.

Except for the SDK permission above, any authorized use is limited to the
scope of a separate written agreement with Nichita Levandovici. No trademark
or patent rights are granted by this notice. Hosted service access does not
grant backend source-code rights; SDK rights are governed by the separate SDK
license. Service access is governed by its applicable terms and agreements.

Third-party software, libraries, fonts, artwork, and other third-party
materials remain the property of their respective owners and are governed
by their own licenses. This notice does not replace those licenses or claim
ownership of those materials. Rights validly granted for earlier versions
under a prior license are not revoked by this notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED
"AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE
